EATOILSTM BT200TM Cleans Up Oils And Grease At Car And Truck Repair Facilities

Do you have oil and grease stains and deposits on all of your shop surfaces? You might be surprised at what you will find when you start cleaning all of your oil coated wall, floor and touch surfaces - here are a few examples!
Cleaning a wall at a truck repair facility - Just spray and wipe.

As you look around your facility I'm sure you will find many places where a deep clean-up would be noticed.  Try it on cupboards, garbage bins, tables and chairs, counters, walls, doors, door frames, washrooms, office areas, etc. - everywhere that might get splashed, or where an oily film can build up.  You can even use it on carpet and upholstery to remove oils and grease!  You'll be surprised at how quickly your staff will get to it once they see how easy it is to make your facility spotless and clean!
Floor at a truck repair facility-Just spray, brush, and rinse.

By the way, if you do have a trench drain or floor drain in your facility like most truck and auto repair shops, you should consider using EATOILS™ BT200™ for your floor cleaning - and allow the waste water to go down the trench drain - it will clean the drain and even the interceptor past the drain.  Add a constant flow of air to the interceptor reservoir and you can virtually eliminate the regular clean-out fee - all of the oily mess will be digested by the microbes in EATOILS™ BT200™.

Painted safety barrier-Just spray and wipe.

We have hundreds of truck and auto repair facilities who use our GREENER-CHOICE APPROVED GREEN Cleaning products including EATOILS™ BT200™ to keep their facilities clean and oil free.  You can order the product on-line at www.eatoils.com or by phone.

EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ Deep Cleans All Hard Surfaces - Even Granite + Corian™!

With the emphasis today on specialty cleaners that only do particular jobs, it is a real discovery to find a product that outperforms traditional cleaners and yet can truly be a multi-purpose cleaning product - both industrially and for household use.

EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ is that product.  SUPERFRESH™ is GREENER-CHOICE™ APPROVED GREEN, it contains no harmful ingredients, it is pH neutral, and it outperforms traditional cleaning products - virtually every time!

A few years ago when we were developing our EATOILS™ product line we were looking for 1) an exceptional floor cleaning product, 2) a bathroom cleaner/deodorizer, and 3) a continuous cleaning product - ideally we were looking for a single product that would replace many household cleaners with a single product - we developed this product - EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ - it does an amazing job today - and it will keep on working for up to 4 days with continuous microbial cleaning action!

The unique formula in our EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ not only removes all soils, grime, dirt, and sources of odor from the surface at the time of cleaning, but it keeps on working deep down in the pores of every surface including cracks and crevices to remove any residual materials.  Odors are eliminated immediately - and they don't come back, making this an ideal product for kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dumpster and loading area cleaning, and a multitude of specific hard surface cleaning and deodorizing applications for both industrial and household use.  It is strong enough for the toughest industrial and restaurant use yet gentle for home use.

As the product is pH neutral, it won't harm delicate surfaces so you can safely use it on wood, granite, Corian™, etc. without worrying about damaging anything.  Basically, if it isn't harmed by water, it won't be affected by EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™.  It contains no solvents or harsh chemicals so it won't harm the finish on your floor, counter, furniture, etc. - in fact it will probably brighten it up.  Our clients typically report that floors are much brighter after being cleaned with EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™.

And now for the best part - the cost of cleaning with our products works out to be actually much less than other products on the market, especially when you consider the total cost of cleaning.  How does it add up?

1) You only use a very small amount of product - 1 - 2 ounces of product per gallon of warm water (other products require a higher concentration therefore a higher cost per use).

2) You only need to wipe or mop the product onto the surface - no rinsing required - saving you time and money.  Other products require virtually double the time when you consider rinsing.

3) You get more mileage out of your pail of wash water with our products - other products get dirty fast, forcing you to pour out the old wash water every xxx square feet (you can insert the number here that you are encountering in your facility).  If you don't change it you'll need to clean the area again because you are continually putting your dirty mop onto the floor, spreading the dirty wash water back onto the floor -  When you clean with our products you are inoculating the surface with so many cleaning microbes that you can actually go until you are virtually at the end of your pail before mixing a new batch.

4) Since you are wetting everything once with our product your total time required to clean is much less than alternative methods - just mop and go.

5) Just get the area wet with the product and it will start to clean everything in sight - and everything not in sight (continuous cleaning action means you get additional cleaning while you are at home in bed - it also means you can clean less often).

6) When you clean with our product you are also deodorizing - removing the sources of odors in one pass.  Other products only mask the smell so you need to clean more often when you use them.

7) Cost of mop heads and cloths is much lower -  traditional products actually eat mops - chemicals that break down the dirt also break down the mop head - our clients report that a typical high use facility goes through a mop head per week per major area of cleaning when using traditional cleaners.  Our clients report that mop heads last at least 6 times as long when our products are used - they stay cleaner longer and they don't deteriorate nearly as quickly with use.  As a test, just compare the smell of your used mop head after cleaning with our products versus your current cleaning product - you'll find that it doesn't smell like mold - but it actually smells clean - our products don't eat your mop heads.

8) Pour the residue down your slowest moving drain and it will actually clean the drain and keep it running clear - alternative products actually can clog drains causing increased maintenance costs.

Take a few moments to figure out what your total cost of cleaning is and compare it to the total cost if you were to use our products - you'll be surprised to find out how much real money you are spending every time you clean with those other products.  We believe that once you have the information you will decide to try out our EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ and start saving money - every time you clean!

How about buying some today - just click here

Testimonial - When It Comes To Deep Cleaning Diesel And Oil Stains From Concrete - There Is No Substitute For Eatoils(TM) BT200(TM)

typical truck fueling station before and after
use of EATOILS™ BT200™ (1 treatment)
Here is a testimonial from one of our mobile wash contractors who uses EATOILS™ BT200™ for cleaning hydrocarbon impacted concrete pads:

I am the owner of a mobile “environmental” pressure washing company and we specialize in everything from spill cleanup, diesel and fuel pad cleaning, mold/mildew abatement to fleet washing with full reclaim and recycle.

One of our toughest jobs is removing oil and grease stains from a diesel fuel pad. Over the years, we have tried just about every degreaser, green product and even 3-4 different types of Bio-enzymatic cleaners. One account in particular was washed with EATOILS™ BT200™ on our first wash. They were highly impressed with the results and I have to admit, I was surprised to see how many of these 2-3 years old stains came out of the concrete. The thick black oil and diesel buildup just peeled away when we used the BT200™ as instructed.

Over the subsequent cleanings, I felt it would be a great opportunity to test other products and see how they stacked up against the EATOILS™ product. After six more washings, I was asked to meet with the Director of maintenance and his concerns were clear… “We would like you to put as much into the job now as you did on the first wash”.

I was stunned that they thought I might not be as interested in cleaning their diesel pads now as I had been 24 months ago (pads are cleaned quarterly). He went on to explain that after the first wash, the pads actually continued to lighten.

Our next visit, I used the EATOILS™ BT200™ and once again, my client was thrilled with the results. It took me 6 months and a potentially unhappy client to determine that there is NO SUBSTITUTE for the EATOILS™ product.

We also use their SUPERFRESH™ product when we clean compactors or anywhere that has an odor that traditional chemicals and 200-degree water just can’t conquer. The SUPERFRESH™ product is absolutely amazing. We always have a bottle in our home for the laundry and when we wash our children’s clothes, we throw a shot in and it removes any and all odors.

If you haven’t used the EATOILS™ products yet, you owe it to yourself to order up a couple of 5-gallon pails of the products that you will most likely use. It truly is the best way to let the cleaner do the work! Their customer service is fantastic and shipping is prompt.

Understanding Bio-enzymatic Cleaners

There is a new "kid in town" and he's claiming to be the best solution for all your cleaning needs.  He claims that he is a Bio-enzymatic cleaner.  First thing you need to know is that no one product can do all of your cleaning jobs.

There are three major jobs - sanitizing, de-scaling, and cleaning.  Sanitizing is used to kill germs - products are usually high acid or caustic products like bleach, quaternary ammonia, or other chemically based killing products.  De-scaling products typically remove salts like rust, calcium & lime deposits that can build up from hard water in sinks, bowls, and on tile surfaces in showers - these products are usually high acid based fluids which chemically 'etch' the salts away.  Both of these types of products are typically harmful to the user and carry 'skeleton hand' and other warnings on the labels.  Cleaning is the removal of all other contaminants from the surface.  One of the best ways to remove contaminants from all surfaces is with microbial action.  Bio-enzymatic cleaners use microbial action to continuously clean the surface and remove both organic and inorganic compounds.  By using bacteria and enzymes organic materials can be broken down and digested, thus eliminating the 'food' from the surface.

In order to be a bio-enzymatic cleaner the product must incorporate bacteria and enzymes in its formula in some way.  The concentrations of components can vary as can the jobs that the products are designed to do.  Each different type of bacteria and every enzyme does different things.  The actual blending of different microbes with different enzymes and surfactant packages yield very different cleaning products of different strengths.

As with most things in life, not all Bio-enzymatic cleaners are created equal - you must see the results before you make your decision about which product best suits your needs.  For example, you should first determine what job you are looking to address.  In general, there are several jobs that Bio-enzymatic cleaners are ideally suited to do: 1) automotive oil and grease removal, 2) deep cleaning and odor control, 3) food grease removal, 4) grease trap treatment, 5) drain opening and maintenance, 6) septic treatment, 7) waste water treatment, 8) laundry pretreatment and stain removal, 9) carpet cleaning and deodorizing, 10) parts washing, 11) tank cleaning, 12) bioremediation of soil and water, etc.  Different formulas excel at different jobs.

At WorldWare Enterprises Ltd. we have developed a line of very exceptional bio-enzymatic cleaners - our EATOILS™ brand of products, with specific products formulated to excel at each of the cleaning jobs outlined above.  Our products have proven to outperform other bio-enzymatic cleaning products when compared on actual job sites. All of our EATOILS products are GREENER-CHOICE APPROVED GREEN.

Sustainability Is The New Catch Phrase For Green Cleaning Products - EATOILS Products Are Sustainable & Green!

Here is a copy of this month's cover story from Housekeeping Solutions Magazine - August 2010 :
A Sustainable Approach To Green
Addressing Today's Cleaning Needs — Without Compromising Future Resources

By Ronnie Garrett

Green equals sustainable, right? Wrong. These are two different ideas with two very distinct definitions. Experts agree that the industry is green, or going green at a rapid pace, but sustainability is its future. In fact, the first step towards greater sustainability requires cleaning operations to fully understand the definitions of these two ideas.

"'Going green' is a marketing phrase that has pretty much run its course," says Patrick Krywko, sustainability director for HP Products, a jan/san distributor in Belleville, Mich. "People will say 'we're going green,' but what does that mean? It means they've bought a neutral cleaner that's green and they're using microfiber. But sustainability is so much more than that. It's looking out for electrical use and the labor force. It's how you clean, what you clean, reducing the stuff you use, watching the packaging that it comes in and more."

The following definitions further clarify these concepts. The Federal government defined "green" in Executive Order 13423 as "products and services that reduce the health and environmental impacts as compared to other products and services used for the same purpose." The definition, originally authored in 1993, specifically focuses on products and services from two angles: health and environmental.

The Brundtland Commission, formally the World Commission on Environment and Development, coined what has become the most often-quoted definition of "sustainable development" in the early 90s. It is defined as development that "meets the needs of the present, without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs."

"Essentially we want to do things today in a way that doesn't compromise the ability of future generations to meet their needs," says Steve Ashkin, CEO of Sustainability Dashboard Tools.

An easy way to distinguish between the two is that green cleaning involves the products custodial operations use and how they use them, while sustainability encompasses what departments are doing within their own buildings and with their own people to be more sustainable.

Honor The Triple Bottom Line

Any organization seeking greater sustainability should follow the Triple Bottom Line concept, which is defined as "the financial, social and environmental affects of a firm's policies and actions that determine its viability as a sustainable organization," according to Renae Hesselink, CPIM, LEED-AP, vice president of sustainability at Nichols, a distributor based in Muskegon, Mich.

"Balancing these three things is not an easy task," says Hesselink. "But it's something cleaning operations should strive for. When you're making any major decision, you should be asking yourself: How does this affect the environment? How does this affect us economically? How does it affect our community, our customers, our employees and so on?"

Ashkin presents the following example to further explain the concept. If a manufacturer of wood products consumes trees faster than new ones can grow, it won't be sustainable — at some point it will run out of trees. If it operates its business in such a way that its expenses exceed its income, it won't be sustainable — at some point it will run out of money. Finally, if it operates in such a way that people do not want to come to work for it, it won't be sustainable either — at some point it will run out of workers.

"The point of this illustration is that two out of three is not enough," he says. "We need to simultaneously address all three components of the Triple Bottom Line. Imagine a three-legged stool. What happens to the stool if one leg breaks?"

Unfortunately, individuals overseeing each piece of the puzzle often do not agree. Ashkin explains that the business community typically claims they cannot do anything unless it's profitable. All the while, the environmental community believes they have to protect the environment at any cost. And at the same time, the labor community focuses on benefits and pay for the workers.

"They look at the world from their own perspectives and argue about which is the right priority," he says. "The Triple Bottom Line helps us understand that they are all right. For us to have sustainable operations, all three issues must be addressed."

Today the focus often centers on green and profit, which Ashkin believes is in error.

"Yes, departments are using green products. Yes, they are being profitable. But how are they measuring, addressing and reporting on human rights concerns such as wages, training, equal opportunities, opportunities for advancement, nondiscrimination, equity and so on," he asks. "When we think about sustainability, we have to become responsible and account for all these issues, not just focus on profits and going green."

The Path To Sustainability

Becoming more sustainable can seem daunting, when all three considerations are factored in.

Ashkin recommends cleaning operations begin by looking at the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), www.globalreporting.org. The GRI is a network-based organization that has pioneered sustainability-reporting framework that sets out principals and indicators organizations can use to measure and report their economic, environmental and social performance.

Hesselink then recommends building a sustainability team comprised of heads from various departments within an organization. Exposing this team to feedback from a mixture of departments will result in well-rounded sustainable initiatives.

But, this team needs to be broken down by function. The accounting department will report on very different things than the human resources staff or the facilities team, and those things will be very different than what the ownership reports on.

"This is an organizational process," Ashkin says. "It's not just about what product you use or the services you offer, this is about how the entire organization operates."

The next step is to identify the data the team collects, as well as the data gaps to begin the reporting function. Here Krywko recommends the team start with a baseline building audit.

"You've got to find out what you're doing right and what you're doing wrong before you can write a policy, otherwise you're flying blind," he says.

This audit should look at everything from the products used and how they are stored, the equipment and how it's maintained, building lighting, energy use, water use, scheduling and more.

Create A Sustainability Roadmap

Policy writing should serve as a roadmap to get the cleaning operation on the path to greater sustainability, says Krywko.

"This policy should be a mission-forward way of thinking that says things like: From now on we'll buy trash can liners that are right sized; we're going to use preferred chemicals and papers; we're going to schedule properly so that we're covering all areas of the building that should be covered in terms of human health," he says. "You need to evaluate your cleaning products, practices and equipment."

When writing such a policy, operations need to think about what the building occupants and management might be looking for. First and foremost, is this organization looking to become more sustainable themselves? If so, what can the custodial department do to help them meet those specific needs?

Custodial managers can begin looking at what they are buying and who they are buying from. Look for suppliers and manufacturers that publish annual sustainability reports, which document that they too are paying attention to their sustainability.

The bottom line is it doesn't matter what these suppliers say they are doing, it matters what they do. Ashkin explains this by talking about greenwashing, a great concern in the custodial industry. Any company can say they are green, but as consumers, it is the custodial manager's responsibility to ask suppliers to prove it. Ask to see the test data that says the products are safer and better for the environment, and look to third-party certifications, adds Hesselink.

"To avoid greenwashing, go with products that have third-party certifications attached to them," she says. "Whether that is Green Seal, Design for the Environment (DfE) or EcoLogo, you can be assured that the products are safer and claims are accurate."

Ask manufactures and distributors to also show that they manage a sustainable operation, says Ashkin. Request their data reports illustrating how they are more sustainable than the next guy.

"Are they doing sustainability tracking? Are they publishing reports and making them public?" he asks.

Green Is In

Managers would be naïve to think green is out, it's not. Green plays a very large role in any sustainability effort.

From an energy perspective, for example, custodial operations can purchase energy efficient equipment. They might begin purchasing vacuums with higher filtration levels and noise levels below 70 decibels. Or they may add auto-scrubbers with chemical dispensing systems on board or newer technology that uses only water to clean. The operation may begin cleaning with cold water to eliminate the energy needed to heat the water they use. Or they may move some cleaning functions to daylight hours.

While green is here to stay, sustainability requires cleaning operations to take a closer look at what they are doing. Managers should ask themselves, what is being done to meet the needs of the present while making sure future generations have the means to meet their own needs?

When a cleaning operation can answer that question, then they will not only be green, but sustainable as well.

Asphalt Sealer On Concrete? Not A Problem With EATOILS™ BT200™

concrete driveway before treatment

Here's what our distributor had to say about this situation.  "The customer had hired a kid to seal his driveway for him (a brand new home in a new sub-division of Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada).  He gave the young fellow the money to pick up the sealer and rollers - and he assumed the young man knew what he was doing.  Apparently, the young fellow picked up a pail of asphalt driveway sealer by mistake and he had applied it to the majority of the open aggregate driveway before he realized something was terribly wrong.  Needless to say the homeowner was quite upset."

Our local Distributor, Monty Berg of Cleaner Alternatives, in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada, took the (BEFORE) picture above - for us to see what he was faced with as he tried to address the client's concerns about his driveway.  As Monty had used our products successfully for a number of years, he was pleased and confident to suggest our EATOILS™ BT200™ for the job.  Due to the ongoing cleaning action of EATOILS™ BT200™ Monty knew that the stains would be continually cleaned by the millions of tiny micro-scrubbers in BT200™ and that the deep stains could be effectively reversed in a relatively short timeframe.

"As the driveway was open aggregate concrete and only about a month old, it had absorbed the asphalt sealer quite deeply into the surface so there was a scramble to reverse the process as quickly as possible," Monty says.

First, the entire area was sprayed with mineral spirits to break up the oils in the sealer.  Then the driveway was sprayed with healthy dose of warm water and EATOILS™ BT200™ (in a 3:1 ratio).  The entire area was brushed with a stiff broom to help the product penetrate into the pores of the concrete.  BT200™ cleaned and digested not only the oils that were broken out of the sealer, but also any residue from the mineral spirits.  After an hour or so the driveway was power washed and a light spray of the product was applied to keep on working for the next few days.  After a week the stains had faded but it was still evident that something had gone wrong on the driveway - so the BT200™ treatment was repeated.  It took two more times - a week apart - to get the results that you see here in the second (AFTER) picture.  The driveway is now ready for a proper sealer.

"We now have an extremely happy customer who can't wait to recommend us and our EATOILS™ BT200™ to his friends and neighbours," says Sherry Berg of Cleaner Alternatives.

It always amazes me how some people, when left on their own, can  get into some of the worst situations!  This young fellow didn't ask the right questions in the store - and as a result, he could have caused a very serious problem for the homeowner.  Luckily for this homeowner, he was able to find the right professionals with the right product to virtually reverse the situation at a reasonable cost.

Our EATOILS™ BT200™ is exceptionally good at deep cleaning all types of petroleum oils and greases and it is ideal for cleaning and degreasing driveways, restaurant drive-thrus, garages and parking surfaces. This product is GREENER-CHOICE APPROVED GREEN.

Try EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ For Urinal Drip/Odor Control In Washrooms

Many of the products now in use in washroom urinal drip systems are simply strong odor 'cover up' products that frankly, don't work very well.  Typically they combine the addition of a (hopefully, but not always) pleasant scent to the urinal with a low daily cost.  This can give a false feeling of security to the business operator, as they can 'smell' the system working, however, the ongoing cost of using a 'cover up' product to control odors doesn't actually do anything to remove the source of the problem - urine

Typical chemical cleaning products used in the washroom don't actually remove urine from between tiles so the smell continues to persist.  As a result, the combination of typical cleaners and urinal drip products can actually cost you more in the long run as you usually add more urinal product than necessary to control odor plus you will have multiple cleanings during the day and added cleaning costs in the washroom.

EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ is a superior GREENER- CHOICE™ APPROVED GREEN CLEANING PRODUCT using natural surfactants to deep clean all surfaces and following up with beneficial microbes that digest residual organic materials from deep down in the pores of all surfaces including tile and grout, effectively removing contaminants with a continuous, ongoing cleaning action.  EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ not only can be used to effectively clean your washrooms as part of your daily cleaning program (using 2 ounces per gallon of warm water in your wash bucket, spray bottle, 'wet swiffer type' mop, or alternative cleaning system), but it can also be diluted(4 - 6 oz/gallon of water) and used in your urinal drip system as well, providing a 'self cleaning', more odor friendly environment for your customers.  In addition, the cost of using EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ in your urinal system this way can actually be substantially less than what you are currently paying.

A recent study in a public school with two identical Girls washrooms with equal traffic and wear and tear, found that the washroom cleaned with EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ was at least twice as effective as the one cleaned with traditional cleaning products - the client needed to clean the washroom with traditional cleaning products two to three times as often as the one cleaned with EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™, consistently, over the two week study.  The EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ washroom stayed cleaner longer and the actual cleaning job was easier with the EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™.

Cleaning Ovens is Easier and Safer with EATOILS™ SUPER FLOOR DEGREASER™

Another testimonial for our EATOILS™ SUPER FLOOR DEGREASER™ - this time from our distributor in Houston, Texas.

This oven was cleaned for a customer using EATOILS™ SUPER FLOOR DEGREASER™ Certified Green Degreaser. After many attempts to clean this oven:  1) using store bought products (like "Easy Off" and others that contain dangerous toxins and chemicals), and 2) taking a long time to clean (as the product has to dwell), and then 3) leaving that terrible residual smell when you use the oven again.   The EATOILS™ SUPER FLOOR DEGREASER™ cleaned this oven in ONLY 15 minutes.  It even performed better than using the self cleaning option - a) as the oven did not have to heat up to almost 700 degrees to bake the caked on and burnt food, b) wasting valuable electricity, c) plus the time factor - it takes 6-8 hours to perform the self cleaning cycle and d) the heat it generates in the house.

Here is how he did it. He mixed the EATOILS™ SUPER FLOOR DEGREASER™ at 6 ounces to a gallon of water and then thoroughly sprayed the inside of the oven and the oven racks. He then let it sit for 15 minutes and wiped the inside of the oven with PAPER TOWELS. There were two spots that the oven had some really baked on grease, to the point that it was crusty, and he simply sprayed a soft scour pad sponge with the SUPER FLOOR DEGREASER™, lightly scrubbed the spots, and the residue & stains came up easily.
The SUPER FLOOR DEGREASER™ also cleaned all the splatters off the oven window and door. The oven looked brand new when we were done.

The EATOILS™ SUPER FLOOR DEGREASER™ is the only cleaner you need for tough cleaning jobs like ovens, barb-b-cue pits & grills, pot's & pans, and other items that can get a buildup of baked on grease and grime on them.

The best part is the price. A quart of EATOILS™ SUPER FLOOR DEGREASER™ solution (diluted at 6 ounces to a gallon of water - 1.5 oz/qt.) costs the consumer less than .80 cents for this job (based on the cost of 1.11 qt. = 18.00USD). Compare that to store bought cleaners that run $4.00-$6.00 or more. Plus the EATOILS™ SUPER FLOOR DEGREASER™  is totally safe to use, contains zero harmful ingredients, and takes a lot less time. This product is GREENER-CHOICE APPROVED GREEN.

Clean and Green Solutions and EATOILS BT200 clean up hydraulic fluid mess in Houston Texas

Clean and Green Solutions, one of our US distributors, was recently called to the Chick-Fil-A restaurant located at West Lake Houston Parkway and FM1960 in Humble, TX to clean up this hydraulic fluid that had leaked from the waste collection truck that services the restaurant. Cleaning up this mess only took 20 minutes and less than 1/2 gallon of EATOILS™ BT200™ Certified Green Degreaser. How?

First they sprayed the stained area with a light mist of water, then they poured EATOILS™ BT200™ full strength on different areas of the stain and scrubbed it in using a street broom just until the solution reached a white lather. That took one man only 20 minutes to do.  Then they walked away and let the BT200™ eat the oil and hydraulic fluid away. The billions of beneficial microbes in BT200™ keep on working for up to 80 hours to remove and digest oil and grease stains from deep in the pores of concrete and asphalt.

They could have gone back and power washed the area, but within 48 hours there was a rainstorm and the stained area was completely cleaned with nature's own rain - leaving the area free of all hydraulic and oil stains.

As an added bonus, the BT200™ would have continued to clean any area where the rainwater took it, removing any residual hydrocarbon staining that it encountered along the way.  EATOILS™ BT200™ is used extensively in soil and water in-situ remediation around the world as a safe, cost effective alternative to digging and hauling. This product is GREENER-CHOICE APPROVED GREEN.

Materials used: A little water, less than 1/2 gallon of BT200™, (about $22.00 worth). Man Hours used, 20 minutes. Results, total and environmentally safe removal of all oil and fluid stains and - NO DISPOSAL COSTS.

Pro Power Wash and EATOILS BT200 Clean Drive Thru for Chick-Fil-A in Houston, Texas

Pro Power Wash, a sister company of Clean and Green Solutions, one of our US distributors, recently received a contract to keep the parking lot and drive thru areas clean for the Chick-Fil-A restaurant located at West Lake Houston Parkway and FM 1960 in Humble, TX.

Pro Power Wash uses the EATOILS™ BT200™ Certified Green Degreaser to remove all oil stains, food and beverage stains, and tire marks from concrete, asphalt and even soil. Using the BT200™ full strength, Pro Power Wash applies water to the heavily stained areas, followed by BT200™ full strength, scrubbed into the concrete until a white lather appears, and then it is allowed to sit for 60 minutes. MOLD + MILDEW ON OUTDOOR SURFACES

BEFORE  - - - -       Mildew on vinyl  - - - AFTER
How can you get rid of mold and mildew on fences, decks, concrete and stone work, patio furniture, vinyl awnings and gazebos, shelters, etc without using harsh chemicals?  Well, we just happen to have a few good pictures of EATOILS™ BT200™ doing just that!

Over the years we have encountered a number of situations where mold and mildew have attacked surfaces and left a serious discoloration.  As we do not like to use bleaches or other harsh chemicals in anything that we do we have found that EATOILS™ BT200™ is an ideal mold and mildew cleaner and preventer.

Just mix at approx. 10 - 20 oz./gal (100 - 200 ml/L) and spray it on the surface to wet it down.  Wait for about 30 minutes and agitate with a stiff brush (for softer materials use a softer brush) - you'll see the mold and mildew break down and release from the surface. Rinse and repeat.  Older problems will take multiple applications.  The mold & mildew will disappear and the residual product will help to prevent re-infestation.

AFTER mold & mildew on concrete step BEFORE
We have tried this approach on all kinds of surfaces and the product will not harm the surface in any way as there are no harmful chemicals, solvents, or damaging materials whatsoever in the product.  In fact, the product is GREENER-CHOICE™ APPROVED GREEN and safe for the environment.

If you can't get it clean with traditional cleaning products, give us a call - we may have the answer for you.  Call us toll free at 866 621 8244 during office hours (9:00 - 5:00 Eastern Time Monday - Friday) or visit our website at www.eatoils.com

Cleaning Up Auto Rustproofing Residue From Asphalt - The EATOILS Way!

Rustproofing on asphalt BEFORE
This is what can happen when someone gets their car undercoated or rustproofed and the car sits for awhile in front of your home.  This happened to me a short while ago and it certainly didn't look too appealing to walk down the street and see this mess at my front door - I'm certainly glad that my 'friend' didn't park in my driveway and do this to me on my property!  I knew that EATOILS™ BT200™ would clean up the oily mess if it was on concrete, but I wasn't sure that it would work as well on asphalt.  I knew that it would degrade hydrocarbon oils with its 'non-stop cleaning action' - a natural microbial action that deep cleans the worst stains on concrete, asphalt, and even soil - but I wasn't sure how well it would do on rustproofing fluid.  I also knew that if I left it untreated the marks would be there as an embarrassment for me for years to come.  I was very concerned about the look of the area, so I took some of our EATOILS™ BT200™ and sprayed it (in a 5:1 mixture) on the asphalt to see if it would clean up for me.  Once the area was wet with water and the product, I brushed it in with a street broom and let it dry.  After the first application the stain was lighter, but the marks were all still there.  Over the next few days I monitored the product's progress and I watched how the marks continued to fade.  After about 10 days, I noticed that the stains had faded about 30% so I re-applied the product at 5:1 and brushed it in again.  After another week it had faded approximately 70% so I re-applied it on day 20, brushed it in and waited for it to fade the rest of the way.  By the end of the month it was virtually completely gone (see the second picture for the way it looked).
AFTER 1 month (3 treatments)
After seeing this work on rustproofing fluid we have introduced the product to professional rustproofing clients and they are now using the product in their operations for spill control and clean-up.  If you know of anyone who is working with oil products who is dealing with spills this is the one product that they should be using for spill response and clean-up.  EATOILS™ BT200™ is a certified green cleaning and bioremediating product that safely and effectively addresses the problems caused by hydrocarbon spills. This product is GREENER-CHOICE APPROVED GREEN.

A Skunk, A White Cat, And Tomato Juice - The True Story

We hear these types of stories all the time, but this one was a little different.  This is the story of a little white cat who came across a skunk and the result of that encounter.

Recently, I was at one of my regular networking meetings with several of my colleagues from different industries.  Linda, the local Kwik Kopy Printing franchise owner, was talking about her recent weekend trip away from town and what she came home to . . .

"While I was away, it seems that my little white cat, Mader (shown here with her buddy, Abby, The Black Lab) went out exploring near our property and somehow had found herself 'face to face' with another pussycat - a  little black and white striped pussycat - not! - it was a very real, very smelly SKUNK!  The skunk was apparently not impressed with our little Mader or her advances, so as skunks do, she sprayed our little kitty.  Anyway, when she finally came home she smelled very skunkish so the lady who was housesitting for us tried the 'old tomato juice treatment' on our poor little pussy, washing her from head to toe in the stuff to get rid of the skunk smell.  When she was finished she was horrified to find that our little white pussy had turned PINK - and that she smelled worse than ever! As you've probably gathered by now, the old home remedy of tomato juice doesn't work to remove skunk odor.

By the time my husband and I got home from our trip, our housesitter was quite upset about the whole thing and worried for our poor little 'skunky' kitty.  As soon as I dropped my bags, I went to the cleaning supply cupboard and pulled out my trusty EATOILS™ SUPER CARPET-FRESH™ and began to soak Mader in it.  I rubbed it into her coat and all over - everywhere that the tomato juice had gone.  The skunk smell was gone in seconds and the pink from the tomato juice  was gone too!  A quick rinse in the shower - luckily, Mader loves the shower, and a good rubdown with a nice warm towel and Mader was as good as new!  It's now several weeks later and there is no sign of the skunk smell or that awful pink color - and Mader is off exploring once again - only this time she'll know not to approach a striped kitty if she comes across one!"

Linda has used our EATOILS™ SUPER CARPET-FRESH™ for cleaning both of her pets, their bedding, litter areas, and wherever accidents occur.  She swears by our products and she refers us to her friends - and with stories like these, who wouldn't want to try our products!

I still can't get over the fact that her cat loves to take a shower!  I've had cats who will stand on the side of the tub and glare at me - but never one who wanted to join in! This product is GREENER-CHOICE APPROVED GREEN.

We love hearing these stories and sharing them with our readers.  If you know of anyone who has had an amazing experience or a success story that they would like to share please have them contact me at admin@eatoils.com and we'll be glad to share it.  For information about our products please come to our website at www.eatoils.com .  If you have any questions we will be glad to answer them (in North America) toll free at 866 621 8244 during business hours Monday to Friday (9:00AM - 5:00PM Eastern Time).  You can reach us by e-mail at any time.

Why EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ Can Provide Continuous GREEN Cleaning Action In A Bathroom - And It Works With Your Disinfection Program Too!

Bathroom cleaning can be one of the most dreaded household and janitorial jobs, especially if you find that you need to do it often.  Restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, daycare centers, and other public facilities can have a real problem with this as historically, their bathrooms have been notorious for requiring frequent cleaning due to the high usage - and it seems, no matter how often you clean, it is never enough.  Add to this our current worries about H1N1, MRSI, and other communicable diseases, and the bathroom has become an area for deep concern both at home and wherever you work, play or spend time.

Historically, bathroom cleaning products have included dangerous products including: harsh chemical cleaners, disinfecting cleaners, solvents, tile & grout products, abrasive cleansers, bleach for mold & mildew, acidic bowl products, and deodorizers.  As a rule, these types of products require fequent, repeated use to maintain a healthy atmosphere in the bathroom, yet they are dangerous for the user.

Now, with the recent introduction of a whole new range of MULTIPURPOSE, SAFE, GREEN CLEANING PRODUCTS and more effective disinfectants there is a real opportunity to actually reduce the number of products used, reduce the frequency of cleaning, and increase the effective cleaning action in the process.  The idea of teaming up GREEN CLEANING products with EFFECTIVE DISINFECTANTS can provide an opportunity for 'the Best of Both Worlds' - a Clean and Safe environment for you and your family to feel safe and secure wherever you are - at home or away.

Let's start with the GREEN CLEANING PRODUCT.  For this application, we suggest our EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ - an GREENER-CHOICE™ APPROVED GREEN CLEANING PRODUCT designed specifically for hard surface cleaning.  Click here for product info SUPERFRESH™ is a microbial cleaning product that deep cleans - deep down into the pores of all hard surfaces, removing all types of contaminants without the use of solvents or harsh chemicals.  Then, this new type of microbial cleaning product continues to clean and digest any residual materials from the surface, including sources of odor and mold & mildew.  The result is a much cleaner surface with fewer food sources for harmful viruses and bacteria to dwell on.  Due to the continuous cleaning characteristics of this product the frequency of cleaning can be dramatically reduced and the effect on grout and tile is clearly evident.  Clients who use this product report that they clean less often, the product addresses all odor issues, the grout lines come up like new, and their clients notice the improved cleanliness in these areas.  By using this product several of the historically used products (harsh chemicals, solvents, abrasive cleansers, grout & tile cleaner, deodorizer, bleach for mold & mildew, bowl cleaner) can be replaced with a single GREEN product - SUPERFRESH™.  If there is a build-up of calcification or lime scale on fixtures, a 'green' scale remover using organic salts can remove it on an 'as needed' basis.

On the disinfecting front there are a number of products that clearly can address specific pathogens.  You should choose a product that will address the viruses and pathogens that you are concerned about controlling - General sanitizers and disinfectants may not address the problem areas that concern you.  As these disinfectant products typically work for a 1 to 5 minute timeframe, killing all organic lifeforms on their list of controlled pathogens, the timing of application should be scheduled to coincide with the best time for mitigating potential exposure.

TIMING OF APPLICATIONS

For example, if you disinfect all surfaces at the beginning of the day and every hour throughout the day in high traffic bathrooms, daycares and hospitals; every other hour in restaurants, mall washrooms, and public venues; three times a day in workplaces, etc. you will probably have a pretty good disinfection system in place for most situations.  Naturally, you would consider increased frequency in a situation where germs are spreading like if the H1N1 begins to spread.

Due to the microbial nature of the SUPERFRESH™ product, you should wash all surfaces with SUPERFRESH™ approximately 10 - 20 minutes after disinfecting to get the 'best of both worlds' - deep cleaning action and disinfection.

Septic Problems? EATOILS™ SUPER SRV™ + SUPERSEP™ Will Help

How healthy is your septic system?  Are you having clogging problems with your septic system?  Does your system have an odor problem?  Do you find yourself calling the 'Septic Clean-out Guy' more often than every 10 years?  Are there mechanical problems in your septic system that need repair?  How healthy is your drain field?

If any of these questions is leaving you feeling uncertain about your septic system you should consider calling us and implementing a program with one or both of our septic treatment products.  Provided your system is in good operating condition and there are no mechanical problems present, you may only need to augment the system with our EATOILS™ septic products - SUPER SRV™ and SUPERSEP™. These products are GREENER-CHOICE APPROVED GREEN.

Our SUPER CONCENTRATED products yield amazing results - with as little as 3/4 oz. of SUPER SRV™ per month you will see dramatic results - 1) septic smells will disappear, 2) the organic materials in the holding tank will break down faster, 3) sludge and surface build-up in the main tank will be reduced on an ongoing basis, 4) the drain field will open up and run clear without any difficulties, and 5) you won't need to call for a septic clean-out for years to come.  Other suppliers of septic treatment products buy our concentrate and add filler to create their products which they sell for much more (2-3 times our price!) - all you really need is our active microbes and enzymes found in SUPER SRV™.  This dry product is ideal for septic and RV use - A 1 lb. jar will last for up to 2.5 years, keeping your septic system flowing freely and operating at peak efficiency.   For more information about SUPER SRV™ click here.

Occasionally, there may be a mechanical breakdown or obstruction in your system that can cause serious problems.  You need to address these problems when they occur - 1) if a pipe cracks, leaking sewage into the ground, 2) if the lines are clogged due to incorrect materials being put into the system or 3) if the system is deteriorating due to age and leakage is about to occur.  This is when you need to call in the professionals - septic system specialists, and let them repair your system and get your system back up and working properly.

If you need to have major work done on the system due to line breakage and waste spillage be sure to use our EATOILS™ SUPERSEP™ to treat the soil around the leak and to remove any residual organic waste from the ground (this product goes deep into the soil and actually digests the organic waste that it finds and it leaves no residual odor or waste material when it's done).  We also suggest the use of this product in grease traps in restaurants, hospitals, and hotels to prevent waste oils and grease that gets trapped in the grease trap from backing up into the water piping system and disrupting the business/clientele.  These clients can typically experience an 80% reduction in 'pump-outs' and their related costs by using this product on a daily basis.   Clients who prefer a liquid solution for their septic and RV treatment regime can also use this product instead of our EATOILS™ SUPER SRV™

SUPER DEGREASER Works Wonders in all Types of Parts Washers - Solvent Free Aqueous Solution Puts Natural Microbes to Work!

Dangerous solvents and harsh chemicals have been used for years to remove residual cutting oils from manufactured parts in factories around the world.

With the introduction of green cleaning technologies and an increased awareness of environmental stewardship there has been an increasing pressure to come up with a 'green' alternative to these harsh chemicals.

At WorldWare Enterprises Ltd., we have been working on this for a number of years and we now have many clients who swear by our approach to removing oils from manufactured parts.

Our EATOILS™ SUPER DEGREASER™ is an excellent GREEN alternative parts washing solution - 1) it uses a combination of natural surfactants to quickly remove the oils from the parts, 2) then natural microbes actually digest the oils from the solution, and 3) it keeps on working for multiple cleaning cycles, 4) which results in a low cost method that rivals the cost of the original, more dangerous, cleaning alternatives.  In addition, this product is GREENER-CHOICE™ APPROVED GREEN.

Typically, parts washing machines and systems fall into four categories - 1) small manual machines with a hose that pours solution (usually solvent) over the parts - the operator usually brushes the parts to remove excess contaminants from the parts (usually in an automotive shop or maintenance facility), 2) large soaking baths or dip tanks where parts are left to sit in a solution (usually harsh chemicals) to remove the contaminants, 3) small or large spray cabinets where parts are subjected to high velocity hot water/chemical spray for a short period of time (2 - 5 minutes) then parts proceed to rinsing tanks for additional contaminant removal, and 4) ultrasonic parts washers where parts are put into a tank with harsh chemicals or solvents and the parts are bombarded by ultrasonic sound waves to remove the contaminants from the parts.

We have found that our EATOILS™ SUPER DEGREASER™ is an ideal alternative for methods 1 and 3 above.  In addition, we have found that if you can add agitation to method 2 and 4 above, our product can work well there too!

How does it work?  The natural surfactant in our product draws the oils away from the parts and into the solution just like dishwashing soap removes the oily foods from your dishes in your kitchen sink.  Add a little agitation and the process is speeded up nicely.  Warm water and aeration in the reservoir allow the microbes to be in an ideal environment for digesting the oils out of the solution.  If the reservoir is maintained with aeration and warmth the process can go on indefinitely - AND THIS IS WHERE THE SAVINGS COME FROM.  If the process can be maintained in this way, the cost per cleaning can drop below the cost of alternative cleaning methods.

As with any new method, there is a period of adjustment and fine tuning of the process until the cycles yield optimally clean parts every time.  We have a number of large factories and small shops that have embraced this new approach to parts washing and the positive feedback is growing daily.

Removing skunk odor

Here is one of our most popular topics - How to remove skunk odor from your pets . . . and wherever they have made contact since the skunk encounter!

Skunks have a very strong and persistent odor that they 'spray' as a defence strategy whenever they feel threatened during an encounter. Skunk oil is very hard to remove and it can make both you and your pet very uncomfortable until it is eliminated. Over the years many remedies for skunk spray have been tried. Unfortunately, until now, the results have been unimpressive.

At WorldWare Enterprises Ltd. we have been working on this problem for several years. Now we have developed a great way for you to eliminate the problem quickly - for a reasonable cost.

Our EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ and SUPER CARPET-FRESH™ are GREENER-CHOICE™ APPROVED GREEN CLEANING products that you can now use to quickly remove skunk odor from all surfaces, including your pet.

In as little as 5 minutes you can remove the oil that causes the odor and replace it with a fresh smelling scent. Here's how:

1) Just mix 6 ounces of EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ or SUPER CARPET-FRESH™ per gallon of warm water and wash your pet from head to toe with the mixture and a wash cloth, (be careful not to get any in their eyes) and use your hands to rub it deep into their fur and skin. You can also make up a bath with the mixture and immerse your pet into the bath so you can wet your pet right down to the skin, everywhere. It is very important to totally wet your pet with the solution so the product can penetrate deep into the pores of the skin and remove all traces of the skunk oil.

2) Take a dry towel and rub your pet all over to remove the wetness and follow with a good brushing - you'll both be very happy with the results! No more skunk smell and your pet will have a wonderful, just washed, 'fresh smell' instead.

3) Use the same mixture to clean all contact surfaces where the smell is lingering, pet beds, floor areas - any area where the pet has settled since the encounter.

4) You can make up a weaker mixture (4 ounces per gallon) for regular cleaning days - your pet will love you for it and there will be no more pet odor when you wash him or her with EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ or SUPER CARPET-FRESH™.

These products are also great for regular cleaning/deodorizing of kennel runs, pet beds, pet carriers, barns, stalls, litter boxes, etc.
