With the emphasis today on specialty cleaners that only do particular jobs, it is a real discovery to find a product that outperforms traditional cleaners and yet can truly be a multi-purpose cleaning product - both industrially and for household use.
EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ is that product. SUPERFRESH™ is GREENER-CHOICE™ APPROVED GREEN, it contains no harmful ingredients, it is pH neutral, and it outperforms traditional cleaning products - virtually every time!
A few years ago when we were developing our EATOILS™ product line we were looking for 1) an exceptional floor cleaning product, 2) a bathroom cleaner/deodorizer, and 3) a continuous cleaning product - ideally we were looking for a single product that would replace many household cleaners with a single product - we developed this product - EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ - it does an amazing job today - and it will keep on working for up to 4 days with continuous microbial cleaning action!
The unique formula in our EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ not only removes all soils, grime, dirt, and sources of odor from the surface at the time of cleaning, but it keeps on working deep down in the pores of every surface including cracks and crevices to remove any residual materials. Odors are eliminated immediately - and they don't come back, making this an ideal product for kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dumpster and loading area cleaning, and a multitude of specific hard surface cleaning and deodorizing applications for both industrial and household use. It is strong enough for the toughest industrial and restaurant use yet gentle for home use.
As the product is pH neutral, it won't harm delicate surfaces so you can safely use it on wood, granite, Corian™, etc. without worrying about damaging anything. Basically, if it isn't harmed by water, it won't be affected by EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™. It contains no solvents or harsh chemicals so it won't harm the finish on your floor, counter, furniture, etc. - in fact it will probably brighten it up. Our clients typically report that floors are much brighter after being cleaned with EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™.
And now for the best part - the cost of cleaning with our products works out to be actually much less than other products on the market, especially when you consider the total cost of cleaning. How does it add up?
1) You only use a very small amount of product - 1 - 2 ounces of product per gallon of warm water (other products require a higher concentration therefore a higher cost per use).
2) You only need to wipe or mop the product onto the surface - no rinsing required - saving you time and money. Other products require virtually double the time when you consider rinsing.
3) You get more mileage out of your pail of wash water with our products - other products get dirty fast, forcing you to pour out the old wash water every xxx square feet (you can insert the number here that you are encountering in your facility). If you don't change it you'll need to clean the area again because you are continually putting your dirty mop onto the floor, spreading the dirty wash water back onto the floor - When you clean with our products you are inoculating the surface with so many cleaning microbes that you can actually go until you are virtually at the end of your pail before mixing a new batch.
4) Since you are wetting everything once with our product your total time required to clean is much less than alternative methods - just mop and go.
5) Just get the area wet with the product and it will start to clean everything in sight - and everything not in sight (continuous cleaning action means you get additional cleaning while you are at home in bed - it also means you can clean less often).
6) When you clean with our product you are also deodorizing - removing the sources of odors in one pass. Other products only mask the smell so you need to clean more often when you use them.
7) Cost of mop heads and cloths is much lower - traditional products actually eat mops - chemicals that break down the dirt also break down the mop head - our clients report that a typical high use facility goes through a mop head per week per major area of cleaning when using traditional cleaners. Our clients report that mop heads last at least 6 times as long when our products are used - they stay cleaner longer and they don't deteriorate nearly as quickly with use. As a test, just compare the smell of your used mop head after cleaning with our
products versus your current cleaning product - you'll find that it doesn't smell like mold - but it actually
smells clean - our products don't eat your mop heads.
8) Pour the residue down your slowest moving drain and it will actually clean the drain and keep it running clear - alternative products actually can clog drains causing increased maintenance costs.
Take a few moments to figure out what your total cost of cleaning is and compare it to the total cost if you were to use our products - you'll be surprised to find out how much real money you are spending every time you clean with those other products. We believe that once you have the information you will decide to try out our EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ and start saving money - every time you clean!

Deep Cleaning Vs. Sanitizing - What's Best?
Following the recent outbreaks of H1N1, MRSA, C. Difficile, and increasing fears of microbial and viral pandemics as reported in the media in the past few years, the public has finally caught on to the idea that germs are everywhere. With this awareness has come the expectation that we should be eradicating germs every day and everywhere.
In spite of the increased awareness about germs, there is still a need for clarification of situations where sanitizing (killing germs) and deep cleaning (removing soils, germs and other organic materials from surfaces) are required. To put it simply, soaps and cleaning products (including deep cleaning products like EATOILS™ products) do the 'cleaning', while sanitizers (including bleach, vinegar, peroxides, quat (quaternary ammonia), ammonia, etc.) kill germs - both the good ones and the bad ones.
Both jobs are necessary, particularly in sensitive environments however, many contractors and clients believe that sanitizing can be 'the magic bullet' - a one step solution - for solving the cleaning/sanitizing challenge. Both jobs need to be done yet there is no one product that does both jobs.
CLEANING Regular soaps and traditional cleaning products remove surface soils and most germs. Deep cleaning MICROBIAL products like EATOILS™ GREENER-CHOICE™ APPROVED GREEN cleaning products also work like traditional cleaning products to clean soils and remove germs. However these products also keep on working for up to 4 days - with microbial cleaning action - to remove trace organic matter from deep in surface pores, cracks and crevices; leaving the cleaned surfaces exceptionally clean.
SANITIZING Sanitizing products kill everything on the surface for the few seconds they are in contact with the surface. This is ideal for situations where you want to prevent the spread of diseases or harmful microbial & viral infestations.
In reality, there is no 'one best solution' - a combination of both product groups is actually the best overall solution to keep a facility both clean and germ free - and a combination that effectively optimizes the use of Deep Cleaning products will yield the best overall results. As the Deep Cleaning products require time to do their total job, the timing of when to use each product can be critical - for example, you wouldn't want to apply Deep Cleaning products right before you apply a sanitizer as you would defeat the purpose of the Deep Cleaning product by killing the good microbes before they would have a chance to do their work. On the other hand, you could easily apply the Deep Cleaning product 30 minutes after sanitizing. Also, sanitizing "touch surfaces" like door handles, toilet seats, taps, hand drying equipment, etc. is probably a good part of a regular and frequent treatment regimen for a sanitizing product. In this case you might opt for sanitizing throughout the day and Deep Cleaning at quitting time (which would allow the Deep Cleaning product to work non-stop overnight) to yield your best result.
Depending on the sensitivity of the location (with hospitals, doctor's offices, daycare facilities, nursing homes and food service ranking as highly sensitive locations - factories and office buildings ranking as least sensitive locations) a cleaning contractor or janitorial staff can adjust the balance between the frequency of use of each of the two types of products - deep cleaners and sanitizers to meet the needs of their client/facility.
We have clients in all sectors of food service, hospitality, industry, health care, institutional, and government using our EATOILS™ GREENER-CHOICE™ APPROVED GREEN Deep Cleaning products. We can help you to design and set up a balanced application schedule for your facility using Deep Cleaning products and sanitizing products. If you have any questions or application concerns please call us toll free at 866 621 8244 (North America) or come to our website - customer service personnel are standing by, ready to serve you - Mon - Fri - 9:00 - 5:00 EST/EDT.

Cleaning Grout The EATOILS(TM) Way
![]() | ||
| Grout can easily discolor with dirt & grime |
EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ and SUPER FLOOR DEGREASER™ are the safe alternative to harsh chemicals for grout cleaning. These products can work wonders on grout without the consequences of using of harsh chemicals. These products can easily remove the dirt build-up and other organic materials that typically accumulates in tile grout over time. In as little as 30 minutes you can see a dramatic difference. It's easy to do - just follow these steps: 1) mix the product - usually 2-4 oz. / gallon of warm water will do the trick, 2) wet the floor - soak it with up to 1/2 inch of the solution and allow it to sit for 30 minutes or so, 3) agitate the entire area with a soft bristle brush or power scrubber - and watch the ugly discoloration disappear! 4) then rinse or squeegee the surface to bring the tiles and grout back to 'like new' finish and color!
For heavily discolored areas or high traffic locations you can follow up with a steam vapor cleaner to quickly restore the grout to its original color. The high heat, low moisture and gentle pressure from the steam forces the dirt out of the grout and brings it to the surface where it is easily wiped away or extracted. There are a number of high end and franchise restaurants that use this approach to clean up the kitchens of restaurants before transferring ownership where the objective is to have a 'brand new' kitchen for the new owner and . . . this is how they do it.
There are some exceptions where grout cleaners are not the solution. If the grout is sealed and the dirt and grime are beneath the sealer, neither EATOILS™ products nor steam will get the dirt out from under the sealing material. So, you will need to strip the seal then use our products to get the grime out, then re-seal.
Also, old, broken grout (where holes and cracks are visible) should not be cleaned with EATOILS™ products. Grout erosion is usually the result of a chemical reaction from the acidic cleaning agent that was previously used. In those cases the grout should be replaced, then cleaned with our EATOILS™ products.
For a larger size container you should try our EATOILS™ BIOBLAST™ THESE PRODUCTS ARE ALL GREENER-CHOICE™ APPROVED GREEN.

Summer Brings Heat, Humidity, and Nasty Odors - Time For EATOILS(TM) SUPER CARPET-FRESH(TM) & SUPERFRESH(TM)
As temperatures go up so does microbial activity: That causes unpleasant odors like - that old food/pet stain on the carpet, the mattress, the dog's bed, food in the garbage bin, pet do-do in the litter box, urine on and around the toilet - all sources of odor are magnified as the bacteria that cause odors increase activity with heat and humidity. Everything from a 'stuffy' smell that causes you to open up the house to allow in fresh air to a lingering smoke odor from the former residents, to full blown pet urine odor that you thought was removed from the carpet the last time it was cleaned - these are all a result of residual organic material that needs to be removed safely and effectively in order to bring your house back to the comfortable home you enjoy.
SUPER CARPET-FRESH™ for your carpets, upholstery, mattresses, bedding, etc.
Have you ever pulled up an old carpet? Did you happen to look at the back side? If you did, you would have been both disgusted and amazed at what you would have seen - every stain from the first day you installed it will be there . . . in technicolor! Why is that, you ask? Most traditional carpet cleaning products clean only the surface that you see - the top of the carpet. They leave the residual stain below the surface and they do not address the backing of the carpet or the underlay - or the floor beneath.
EATOILS™ SUPER CARPET-FRESH™ is different - when you use it on your carpet it goes down deep into the carpet fibres, through the backing, through the underlay, and even to the floor below to deep clean and remove all traces of dirt and debris from all surfaces; then it inoculates the area with billions of beneficial microbes, like tiny scrubbers, that keep on working for days, gobbling up the stain - and when they are done there is nothing left - no mark, no stain, no organic material to cause odors later - in fact, if you look at the back of a carpet a few days after it is cleaned by our product, you'll see that it looks like new!
So what does this mean for your other soft surfaces? You'll have virtually the same results - no residue . . . no sources of odors!
SUPERFRESH™ for all your hard surfaces - garbage bins, pet areas, pet litter, bathrooms, etc.
All surfaces have microscopic pores, cracks and crevices where organic material can remain undetected for years. Traditional cleaning products rely on chemical reaction to remove dirt and debris from the surfaces, but they have no method for removing residual organic material from the pores. On hard surfaces, including walls, ceilings, floors, tile and grout, cupboards, garbage cans, toilets, pet litter boxes, pet runs, exterior siding, washing machine, dishwasher, etc; you name it, SUPERFRESH™ will deep clean and deodorize with the same microbial cleaning action as our SUPER CARPET-FRESH™ uses - billions of tiny scrubbers that neutralize and remove all microscopic sources of odor.
If you come across an odor that offends - anything from smoke to skunk to urine to garbage to sweat to you name it, we probably have your answer with one of these products. No matter which situation you encounter from the list above, all odors are removed safely and effectively with continuous, ongoing cleaning action. In addition, all of our products are GREENER-CHOICE™ APPROVED GREEN.

With Summer's onset we all look forward to warm days, fun and a chance to get out and enjoy the beautiful weather - however, it can also bring out the worst in odors from carpets and upholstery, mattresses, garbage containers, pet areas, bathrooms, etc. Now is the time to address those odors with EATOILS™ SUPER CARPET-FRESH™ and SUPERFRESH™.As temperatures go up so does microbial activity: That causes unpleasant odors like - that old food/pet stain on the carpet, the mattress, the dog's bed, food in the garbage bin, pet do-do in the litter box, urine on and around the toilet - all sources of odor are magnified as the bacteria that cause odors increase activity with heat and humidity. Testimonial - SUPER CARPET-FRESH(TM) - On A 15 Dollar Garage Sale Carpet
We have received a great testimonial from another happy client - Paul - He wrote this today:
Recently I purchased a used carpet from a garage sale for $15 for my dining room. It was a lovely thick oriental wool carpet with a light background and a lovely pattern of carved flowers - ideal for my needs! When I got it home I noticed that it had a bit of an odor and it needed a good cleaning so I thought, 'How much could it cost to clean this carpet?' I called around to a few professional cleaners and they all wanted over $150 to clean and deodorize my lovely $15 carpet.
Well, I wasn't going to pay that kind of money to clean it when I had only paid $15 for the carpet, so I called on my friend, Charles from EATOILS™ as I knew he had been telling me about his wonderful carpet cleaner, SUPER CARPET-FRESH™ at our weekly networking group meetings. He suggested that I purchase a litre(1.11 qt) bottle of this product and put it into my portable carpet cleaner (at 2 oz./gallon of warm water) and run it over the carpet, then allow it to dry*. For spots and the fringe he suggested I put it into a spray bottle and pre-soak the areas first.
Well, I was skeptical . . . but I persevered. I did what he said and, believe me, I now have a wonderful, odor free and amazingly clean carpet in my dining room - for a total cost of less than 45 dollars - plus I even have some cleaner left over for any new spots that may show up after I've entertained in my new dining room.
This is the best product for carpet cleaning that I have ever seen!
Thanks Paul - we always love to receive those testimonials.
*Please note that we always suggest that you test an inconspicuous spot on the carpet with water to ensure that the dye will not run with water(colorfast test) before attempting to clean a complete carpet so that you will not be disappointed due to an inferior carpet.
EATOILS™ SUPER CARPET-FRESH™ is a great product for deodorizing and deep cleaning all sorts of stains on carpet, fabric, and upholstery. You can use it as a pre-spotter, pre-spray, pre-treatment, and in your liquid carpet extraction machine. We have hundreds of professional carpet cleaners who swear by our product, claiming it virtually eliminates call-backs and drives testimonials and referrals for their cleaning services. This product is GREENER-CHOICE™ APPROVED GREEN.

Green Knowledge Is Power
Here's another series of excerpts from an article confirming how important the movement to Green is for ALL Cleaning: FROM - The Easy Way To Go Green Newsletter
Many facilities decision-makers remain jaded by green products of the past. These early environmentally preferable options were often very costly and delivered questionable results. Because of this, scores of individuals were weary to fully embrace green product procurement.
Today, however, manufacturers are taking their years of research and development data and are implementing that expertise into green product formulations that outperform traditional chemicals at comparable costs with a reduced impact on building occupants and the environment.
Industry research shows that 72 percent of cleaning professionals prefer to clean with milder chemicals.
"Green cleaning is coming of age," opines Steve Ashkin, president of The Ashkin Group LLC.
Implementing Green
As statistics show, 70 percent of custodial professionals are interested in helping their company or organization go green.
Included in some product literature are steps that can be taken to ensure the success of your green cleaning initiative, including which chemicals and equipment will best suit your daily operations.
Green products must work well, use resources efficiently and not put human health or that of the environment at risk during or after use.
If a supposed green product does not meet this basic criteria, its level of greenness should be questioned.
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) estimates that people spend up to 90 percent of their time indoors.
As such, it is increasingly important that we clean our indoor environments with less toxic alternatives — notably those containing little or no volatile organic compounds (VOC) — that will not harm those occupying the buildings we clean and maintain.
Poor indoor air quality can hamper employee productivity and, according to the EPA, cost businesses "tens of billions of dollars per year."
Seeing The Difference
Going green is not only the proper thing to do from an environmental standpoint; it can be a financial boon, too.
Green cleaning — or using cleaning products and methods that focus on natural ingredients — is in the best interests of businesses, tenants and cleaning professionals. By using products with naturally derived ingredients, businesses can attract new customers and reap the rewards of having more satisfied tenants and employees, which contributes to a healthy bottom line.
According to a February 2009 Vatoca Partners survey, 7 out of 10 consumers prefer to patronize a business that demonstrates a commitment to the environment.
Because of its very nature, a green cleaning program will help reduce operational costs through improved efficiency and reduced product usage.
Overall, a green cleaning program can empower your facility, company or organization to reduce its carbon footprint while making for cleaner, healthier and happier indoor environments.

Spring Cleaning Tips For Restaurants
Here's a list that outlines some good Spring Cleaning Tasks that everyone should consider in their high traffic facilities.
Springtime offers restaurant operators and food service facility managers the opportunity to wipe away winter grime, prepare for summer traffic and perform essential deep cleaning tasks to revive floors and other hard surfaces.
Restaurant owners and operators can complete eight effective cleaning tasks to ensure they make a favorable first impression with travelers and summer guests.
EATOILS™ recommends restaurants complete the following spring cleaning checklist to prepare for summer:
1. Deep clean carpets in dining areas with EATOILS™ SUPER CARPET-FRESH™. While daily vacuuming and spot removal is an essential component to keeping carpets in optimal condition, regular deep cleaning of carpets removes food, dirt and debris that cannot otherwise be extracted. Hot-water extraction carpet cleaning systems using EATOILS™ SUPER CARPET-FRESH™ will remove residue left behind by other cleaning systems and reduce the amount of downtime required.
2. Restore grout lines with EATOILS™ SUPER FLOOR DEGREASER™ or SUPERFRESH™. With tiled hard floor surfaces, grout lines often harbor greases, oils, bacteria and dirt, causing them to discolor and darken. This is particularly evident in busy kitchen areas and entryway areas. Regularly deep cleaning and restoring grout lines will limit the amount of dirt that accumulates and keep grout lines looking their original color.
3. Steam clean tiled floor surfaces with EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™. A high-pressure steam cleaning system effectively removes dirt and soil from tile and other hard surface substrates. SUPERFRESH™ will deep clean into the pores of all surfaces to remove microscopic residue. This is a great advantage for hard surfaces where leftover chemical residue can leave unsightly marks.
4. Give restrooms a facelift with EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ . Restrooms can suffer from winter wear. Dirt and organic material can build up on floors, fixtures and common touch points throughout the restroom. Using a high-pressure, chemical injection washer together with SUPERFRESH™, you can thoroughly deep clean all restroom surfaces, including walls, floors, commodes, light fixtures and soap and towel dispensers. This removes grime and buildup, restoring floors to like new condition.
5. Roll out the mats. With spring rain showers on their way, now is the ideal time to review the current matting program and make sure mats adequately cover entryways and other high-traffic areas in the facility. Mats not only help reduce the risk of slips and falls, but they can also help improve worker productivity, build the restaurant brand, limit wear patterns and prevent dirt from entering the restaurant. A proper matting program will also integrate regular laundering and deep cleaning for maximum effectiveness. If you own your mats you can deep clean and deodorize them with EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ - it even helps to remove salt stains!
6. If you are not currently using EATOILS™ GREENER-CHOICE™ APPROVED GREEN cleaning products you will need to implement a mop cleaning program. Mop heads are often breeding grounds for dirt and bacteria, especially when you use harsh chemical cleaners. Implementing a mop cleaning program can make sure that the task of cleaning mops is not overlooked. Dry and wet mops should be cleaned at least once a week, if not more frequently. This helps ensure that mops contribute to a clean rather than dirty floor. Regular daily use of EATOILS™ products will extend the life of mopheads and cleaning cloths and keep your equipment smelling fresh and clean - most odors that build up on cleaning mops and cloths are due to the chemicals used. EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ is an ideal cleaning/deodorizing solution for all types of surfaces.
7. Set up a maintenance schedule for your drains with EATOILS™ SUPERFLOW™ . Whether located in kitchen areas, restrooms or in the front of the facility, drain lines can harbor potentially harmful bacteria or food sources for familiar summer insects such as gnats and fruit flies. Perform regular drain line maintenance to reduce soil buildup and thoroughly clean drains. Weekly use of SUPERFLOW™ will help to keep your drain lines running clear and insect and odor free.
8. Deep clean every hidden and hard to reach surface with EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ and then SANITIZE every surface with a dependable anti-microbial sanitizer. While food preparation and cooking areas receive regular attention, spring is a good time to clean all of those untouched areas throughout a restaurant, including the tops of refrigerators, behind fryers and underneath cupboards.
“Common winter products such as ice melter and sand can ruin hard and soft floor surfaces, eroding floor finish and deteriorating carpet fibers,” said Charles Robinson, National Sales Manager, WorldWare Enterprises Ltd., Manufacturer of EATOILS™ Products. “Without a proper and regular deep cleaning and maintenance program, common surfaces throughout the facility can suffer long-term damage resulting in unexpected costs.”
Once you have 'spruced up' your facility, it's time to revise your regular daily cleaning to incorporate EATOILS™ Green Deep Cleaning products into your regular routine. Green Deep Cleaning involves a two step cleaning regimen - cleaning and sanitizing. Sanitizers do not deep clean and deep cleaning products do not sanitize. Here's how you do it: Deep clean every surface with EATOILS™ SUPERFRESH™ at the end of every day's production - this give the active microbes in EATOILS™ products the time they need to penetrate deep into cracks and crevices to remove all organic matter - and then sanitize every surface with a dependable anti-microbial sanitizer before you begin food prep every morning. Continue to sanitize throughout the day to keep germs and other contamination at bay.
